Delivery and Returns
delivery
Whilst the majority of orders are sent straight from our studio, some may be sent by third party collaborators. This means that orders containing multiple items may arrive separately. We will only ever charge you once for postage.
Prints may come rolled. Lay out flat under a clean board with weights for 24hours to flatten.
There are two shipping options to choose from at checkout, it’s up to you to select the correct item.
Delivery Options:
FREE DELIVERY On all products. Royal Mail 2nd Class or better (up to £150 compensation).
EXPRESS SHIPPING - £15 - Faster delivery for ALL ITEMS. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Recommended for orders above £150.
For orders over £150 we recommend choosing EXPRESS SHIPPING to ensure compensation covers your delivery should your order get lost or damaged in transit. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged orders where correct postage has not been selected.
Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, estimated shipping time is 1-3 days.
Express Delivery will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivered next day where possible.

Cancellation and Returns
We are a small, independent shop that sells art directly from creator to consumer. We do not offer a returns policy beyond what is offered by your statutory rights, including the right to cancel.
According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel an online order where goods or services (that are not exempt) have been provided. You have 14 days from receipt of the order to notify us of your wish to cancel. It is then your responsibility to return the goods at your own cost, a refund will be processed within 14 days of their receipt. Deductions to the refund will be made if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristic and function as you would in a shop. For example, if the protective packaging on a print has been opened.

DAmage and other issues
Whether packaged by us or sent straight from the printer, orders are always handled with the utmost care. Whilst we take no responsibility for damage during transit, we will always do our best to resolve any issues that arise.
We always aim to meet delivery expectations but sometimes things are out of our control, if you have any issues or concerns about an order or it has not arrived then please drop us an email at suzi.bratt@gmail.co.uk.
